Job Description:

The Bronx Program Administrative Assistant is seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and organized Administrative Assistant to join a collaborative, fast-paced, high performing team that provides clinical, behavioral, and psychiatric services to youth and families in need in the Bronx. The Administrative Assistant is a hybrid position. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for receiving phone calls and referrals from service providers and families, as well as triaging information to the appropriate personnel. They will obtain consents, schedule appointments (as needed), send annual notices to families (mailing & electronic correspondence), submit petty cash and other financial requests, and track/submit QA reporting data (including but not limited to fire drill reports, restraint data, training information, emergency preparedness, information, etc.) into the SharePoint. They will track and respond to our program audits (excel), complete program quarterly satisfaction surveys, and annual patient surveys. The Administrative Assistant will maintain data in Microsoft Excel such as admission, discharges, and other reports. Will be required to assist supervisors, clinicians, and other team members to complete duties as directed.
