Job Description:

Astor Services is offering a $1,000.00 sign on bonus!

Licensed Practitioners are responsible for completing evaluations/assessments to determine if CFTS services medically necessary for referred youth. The Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with youth and caregivers to identify services needed, scope of practice to be provided, expected outcomes, and expected frequency, duration, and location for each treatment provider. They will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy if medically necessary. Licensed Practitioners will be responsible for Crisis Intervention Activities, to address acute distress and associated behaviors when the youth’s condition requires immediate attention. They will also be responsible for providing assessments and clinical services in the setting best suited for desired outcomes, including site-based, home, schools, or other community-based settings.
