Job Description:

The primary purpose of the Trauma Recovery Center Care Manager is to serve as a role model and community liaison to clients who are enrolled in the Trauma Recovery Center that serves the victims of violent crimes and their families towards healing and health of symptoms related to the trauma from the violence. The TRC Care Manager is expected to develop relationships based on trust with clients and families utilization a trauma-informed approach, provide reliable information, appropriate community resource referrals, and emotional support to victims of violence. The TRC Care Manager will meet with clients in the community, as well as structured and assertive outreach meeting to referral resources and community supports.
