Job Description:

The Crisis Counselor is responsible for the day-to-day response and management of the crisis prevention and crisis management program in conjunction with supervisor on duty. They must maintain qualification in the crisis intervention procedure of the agency, including passing scores in TCI (written) and procedural (physical) examinations. Facilitates therapeutic crisis resolution process including assessment of problem, communication and cooperation with unit staff, clinical coordinator, and On-Call Supervisor.
