Supervising Case Planner —
Bronx, NY - SCP-SM (Full Time)
Job Title: Masters degree in related Human Services field.
Minimum of 3 years in a Preventive Services Setting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
The Preventive Services Supervisor supervises case planners in the delivery of their direct service work with clients. These services include: casework counseling, assessments, service planning, case management, and crisis intervention. The Supervisor will insure that the supervisee’s case records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and reflect good casework practice and review all progress notes written by supervisees.
