Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and engaging individual to join our team as a Support Services Worker. This case worker will be responsible for engaging youth in foster care ages 5-21 in order to assist them in identifying their needs, as well as achieving their goals. The Support Services Worker will be an integral part of the Children & Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) and Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) Programs and will provide behavioral support in a variety of home and community-based settings. The Support Services Worker should demonstrate strong advocacy skills as they work to engage youth in planning for their future and ensure their unique voices are being heard. Flexibility and time management skills are appreciated.
