Home Based Crisis Intervention Program

The Home-Based Crisis Intervention Program (HBCI) is an intensive, short-term family therapy program designed to prevent out of home placement, including psychiatric hospitalization, emergency department visits, or residential placement. Supporting families in crisis, services are held in the home, school, or community multiple times a week. HBCI is staffed with licensed clinicians who support the family in learning and practicing skills and strategies to safely manage emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Staff are also available to families 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide coaching support when needed.
