Thank you for joining us for this exciting virtual fundraiser in support of Astor Services! Your participation helps make a real difference, and we’re thrilled to have you on board.

Here’s what to expect:
Fun & Friendly Competition: Each square you purchase gives you a chance to win during the big game!
Impactful Giving: Every contribution supports our mission of providing behavioral health and educational services throughout the Hudson Valley and the Bronx.
Prizes & Excitement: Winners will be announced after each quarter and at the final score—so stay tuned!
How It Works:
Each square costs $50.
You choose any available square(s) and write your first and last name in them.
Numbers Assignment
After all squares are sold, numbers 0–9 will be randomly assigned to each row and column.
One team will be listed across the top, the other down the side.
Payment
Payment must be made the date you select your square(s) via the form below.
Unpaid squares will be released to others.
Winning Squares
At the end of each quarter and the final game score (including any overtime), the last digit of each team’s score determines the winning square.
Example: If the score is AFC 17 – NFC 24, the winning square is where row “7” and column “4” intersect.
Prizes
Payouts will be as follows:
1st Quarter: $500
Halftime: $500
3rd Quarter: $500
Final Score (including any overtime): $1,000
If a square is unsold, the prize rolls over to the next quarter.
Claiming Your Prize
Winners will be announced via social media after each quarter and via email after the game.
Prizes will be distributed via check within 10 business days.
