Welcome to Astor Services Portal, our new client portal and telehealth platform! 

 

Within Astor Services Portal you’ll be able to complete the following tasks:

•       Set up and receive appointment text reminders – These will replace our current reminder system.

•       View all your upcoming and previous appointments.

•       Join your telehealth appointments within the platform.

•       Review/Fill out and sign required forms for your provider.

•       Upload insurance and ID information

•       Review your medication information

•       Review lab results

•       Receive updates and information from the agency

 

FAQ

 

What notifications will a client receive from Astor Services Portal?

•       You will receive an email notification when an appointment is created.

•       You will also receive reminder notifications 3 days, 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the appointment time. You can choose to receive notifications via text and/or phone, in addition to email.

•       You may also receive notification when a new form is available to review/fill out and/or sign

 

How can I join my telehealth appointment?

•       Within Astor Services Portal, you should have a link to join for your telehealth appointment.

•       You will need to log into Astor Services Portal to join your telehealth appointment which will be on a ZOOM platform. Once you are logged in, you will find all your upcoming appointments in the ‘Appointments’ tab. 10 minutes before the appointment start time, the ‘Join Video Session’ button will become available. Once you click this button, Zoom will launch automatically and connect you to the appointment.

 

Will I still get text message appointment reminders if I do not add my phone number?

•      No. Your phone number will not be added automatically into this new system, so you will need to enter it when prompted the first time you log in to your new portal.

 

How should I prepare for my telehealth session?

•       You should ensure that you are in a comfortable, private space for your telehealth session.

•       Check to make sure that your equipment has been charged and that you have any needed listening devices available to you.

•       Ensure that you have a wifi connection available to you to join Zoom

 

What happens if I am unable to log into my telehealth session?

•       Please contact the clinic if you need support.

 

What should I do if I need to cancel a telehealth appointment?

•       You can cancel a telehealth appointment through Astor Services Portal or you can contact your service provider.

 

How do I access my documents on Astor Services Portal?

•       You can access your documents by going into Astor Services Portal once the form has been assigned to you.

•      You will find your documents to be completed in your upcoming appointment.
