Astor’s Prevention Program Director Charlette Jones recently completed the Growing Together COFCCA Training along with Astor’s Foster Care and Prevention staff. This multi-day training was designed to strengthen leadership and collaboration across child welfare teams. The sessions were highly interactive, with role-playing, case studies, and group exercises that focused on real-world scenarios. It was an incredible experience to learn alongside such inspiring leaders and gain skills that will help us strengthen family engagement and improve outcomes for children.
