Job Description:

The Serving Youth in Their Communities (SYNC) Program provides school and community-based mental health and behavioral health services to clients ages 0 – 21. This is a hybrid position that offers some work-from home opportunities. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the administrative functions of the clinical, behavioral, and family support team.  They will be responsible for completing intake assessments, scheduling treatment team meetings, weekly supervisions, assigning cases to the team members, performing utilization reviews, facilitating trainings, ensuring appropriate documentation of cases, and assisting in the development and implementation of outcome measures for the program. The SYNC Program Supervisor will coordinate with program leadership in meeting with necessary personnel to ensure appropriate delivery of services.
